# Terms & Conditions

***

### 1. Overview

Bridgoro is a semi-decentralized cross-chain cryptocurrency exchange built to enable anonymous and trustless transactions between major cryptocurrencies including Monero (XMR), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Tron (TRX). The platform is operated by a small, anonymous team of two developers who value privacy and freedom in the digital economy.

### 2. User Agreement and Acceptance

By registering an account on the Bridgoro exchange, users explicitly acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. During the registration process, users are required to accept these Terms & Conditions before finalizing account creation. If a user does not agree with any part of these terms, they must refrain from using the Bridgoro exchange.

### 3. Prohibited Behavior and Account Bans

Accounts may be temporarily banned under the following conditions:

* Abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
* Repeatedly creating and cancelling offers to manipulate the system.
* Disrupting other users’ activity by consistently accepting and cancelling their offers.

Account bans do not mean a full denial of access. Banned users can still access their account dashboard, wallet, transaction history, and withdrawal functions. The only restrictions are the inability to create new offers or accept existing ones.

All bans are applied manually after investigation and may be lifted upon resolution.

### 4. User Responsibility and Fund Sources

Bridgoro operates without Know Your Customer (KYC) or Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies. Therefore, all responsibility regarding the legality and source of funds lies entirely with the user. The platform does not interfere with the nature of users’ transactions but expects users to act in accordance with their local laws and regulations.

### 5. Tasks, Rewards, XP System and Internal Token (BRGX)

Users are encouraged to help improve the Bridgoro exchange by completing various development and testing tasks listed on the Tasks page in their dashboard.

As a reward for participation:

* Users earn XP, which levels up their account and unlocks new features and limits.
* Users also receive BRGX, an internal reward token.

Important notes about BRGX:

* BRGX has no value outside the Bridgoro exchange.
* It is not a cryptocurrency, fiat currency, or financial asset.
* BRGX can be converted and withdrawn to USDT only inside the Bridgoro platform.
* Bridgoro does not offer airdrops of BRGX outside of its official website or ecosystem.

### 6. Anonymity of the Development Team

The Bridgoro exchange team chooses to remain anonymous to avoid pressure from external authorities and to safeguard the mission of building a privacy-preserving P2P exchange. All communications are done transparently via the contact form, with no personal contact initiated by the team.

### 7. Intellectual Property

* Bridgoro doesn't claim ownership of any intellectual property at this stage.
* The project is not open source for now, as the core functionality (Cross-Chain Bridge) is under active development.
* Full disclosure of source code is not possible due to classified components, particularly those related to ephemeral phrases and the encryption and temporary storage of these phrases used in buffer wallets for the escrow mechanism.
* This decision was made in the interest of protecting user funds and platform security.

***

### 8. Data Collection and Privacy

Bridgoro exchange respects users' privacy. The only user data collected is the email address used for account registration and login. Our data practices ensure the following:

* Stored securely
* Not used for tracking, marketing, or profiling
* Never shared with third parties

*Exception:* We use Cloudflare, which may collect certain technical data for its own operational and security purposes. Unfortunately, we cannot restrict this collection, as Cloudflare is essential for protecting Bridgoro from DDoS attacks, intrusion attempts, and potential data leaks (including IP address exposure).

Users can view the Privacy Policy for more information.

### 9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bridgoro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The team does not warrant that:

* The exchange will be error-free or uninterrupted.
* Transactions will be completely free of risks.

Users assume full responsibility for any loss or consequence resulting from the use of the platform.

### 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bridgoro team shall not be liable for:

* Any loss of funds due to user error, system vulnerabilities, or misuse.
* Legal issues arising from using the platform in jurisdictions where such services are restricted or illegal.
* Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

***

### 11. Bridgoro Role and Legal Responsibility

Bridgoro is a P2P exchange that provides tools and instruments for users. The platform is not responsible for any illegal actions committed by users. All responsibility for use, intent, and legality of actions remains with the users themselves.

### 12. Changes to Terms

The team reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the Bridgoro website, and continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
